Harvey Relief for Licensees

The Governor has suspended Sec. 257.002 (license renewal) of the Texas Occupations Code in order to assist licensees and permit holders. This suspension is in effect until terminated by the Office of the Governor or until the Tropical Depression Harvey disaster declaration is lifted or expires. Advisory Committee on Dental Anesthesia

The Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) Advisory Committee on Dental Anesthesia is created pursuant to Section 258.202 of the Texas Occupations Code and 22 Tex. Admin. Code 100.12.  A licensee of TSBDE or the Texas Medical Board (TMB) may use this application to request consideration for appointment by TSBDE to the Advisory Committee on Dental Anesthesia.
