The Mission of the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners is to protect the public health and safety and promote high quality and safe dental care by providing enforcement, licensing, peer assistance, and related information services to licensees and their patients.

Professional Profiles

Senate Bill 187, passed by the 77th Legislature, required certain licensing agencies to collect information from their licensees and make this information available to the public through Texas.gov. The purpose is to provide the public with access to information about licensed professionals to allow them the ability to make better-informed decisions regarding their selection of service providers. For this, Texas.gov has developed the Professional Profiling System capable of gathering, storing and displaying professional profile information online.

Please note: Much of the data in this system is self-reported by the license holders. Therefore, neither the State of Texas nor the licensing agencies accept any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of this information. Should persons have any concern as to the accuracy of the data in this system they should contact the license holder or facility for clarification.
