Harvey Relief for Licensees
The Governor has suspended Sec. 257.002 (license renewal) of the Texas Occupations Code in order to assist licensees and permit holders. This suspension is in effect until terminated by the Office of the Governor or until the Tropical Depression Harvey disaster declaration is lifted or expires.
