Renewing Your Registration Certificate Print E-mail

RENEWING YOUR REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE

Dental Assistants are required to renew their registration annually before the expiration date displayed on your Registration Certificate. 

A renewal form will be mailed 45 days prior to the registration expiration date and will reflect a Renewal Fee to be paid. 

Please check your name and/or address and make any changes on the renewal form.  If you do not receive a renewal form 45-60 days before your expiration date, please e-mail or fax your written request for a duplicate renewal form to the SBDE.

ONLINE RENEWALS:

-  Dental Assistants may now renew their registration certificate online.  Please visit this webpage and click on the Texas.gov Icon under the Dental Assistant Section to renew online:  www.tsbde.state.tx.us/RenewOnline

When renewing online be sure to enter your registration number as follows:  Sample Registration Number:  1-001234   (Enter Only:  1234)
